Warranty

This page explains how product warranties are handled and what to expect if you believe an item supplied by Aroplus is faulty.

Warranty claims are managed in line with the terms and conditions set by the relevant manufacturer or supplier.

Warranty Coverage

Products supplied by Aroplus are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Details of warranty terms are provided by the manufacturer and may differ between product types.

What is Covered

Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the product.

Warranty coverage does not usually extend to issues arising from misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, or use outside the manufacturer’s intended application.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe a product is faulty and may be covered under warranty, you must contact us before returning the item.

We will request relevant information to assess the claim, which may include:

    • A description of the fault

    • Order or invoice reference

    • Photographs or supporting documentation

    • Usage and installation details

Used Products & Safety Information

Where a product has been used, additional safety documentation may be required before a return can be authorised.

This may include COSHH or other relevant handling information to ensure safe inspection and transport of the item.

Manufacturer Assessment

Warranty claims are assessed by the manufacturer or supplier, not by Aroplus.

The manufacturer will determine whether the issue is covered under warranty and whether a repair, replacement, or rejection applies.

Approval or rejection of a warranty claim is at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Resolution & Outcomes

If a warranty claim is approved, the manufacturer may:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the item

  • Issue a credit or alternative resolution

Where a replacement is required urgently, a new order may need to be placed while the warranty assessment is ongoing.

Exclusions

Warranty claims may be refused where:

  • The product has been misused or incorrectly installed

  • The product has been altered or repaired without authorisation

  • The fault is due to normal wear and tear

  • The product has been used outside the manufacturer’s specifications
